Riadel Manzano, an aircraft mechanic from East Williston, New York, has spent over a decade maintaining aircraft safety and performance. After earning her A&P certification at Vaughn College, she built her career tackling complex maintenance tasks, now working for a major airline at LaGuardia Airport. A dedicated mentor, Riadel inspires young women to pursue STEM careers, championing diversity in aviation through outreach and workshops. In her free time, she enjoys family outings, exploring Long Island, and building model airplanes, reflecting her lifelong passion for flight.
